Everyone has heard the Georgia Satellites most famous song "keep your hands to yourself." Here is an overlooked song that I have always enjoyed. The lyrics are very amusing. Hopefully I have infected you with an earworm.
I am an unashamed fanboy and this is my blog. If I think its cool, it goes in the blog. I hope to reach a few similarly mutated individuals.

Eyes on Podcasting
I plan on podcasting my complete kids novel soon and am figuring out just how to do that. I have found the SoundTech Podcasting Kit (pictured to right) and plan on purchasing it as soon as I can save up the extra cash. It sounds like a cool kit.

Again with the Creepy
Why are so many things creeping me out these days? Check out this video and watch how their eyes never blink.
Robot Rollcall
Just a bit of interest on my part, but can everyone who visits regularly please leave a short comment on this post introducing yourself? I want to make sure I'm not just talking to myself.
Thanks,
Thanks,
Now is the time on Sprockets when we Rant!
I am beginning to think that Uwe Boll either needs his meds adjusted or some nice, relaxing electro-shock therapy.

My Surgery
For those of you who are interested in the the surgery I had last year. Here is a link explaining why I had it done. My aneurysm was on the ascending aorta and was due to a congenital stenosis and a bicuspid aortic valve. I had a section of the aorta grafted with Dacron and the aortic valve replaced with an artificial St. Jude valve. I love modern medicine. It is going to help me steal many more years from the devil.
Is this the Coming Pandemic?
An intestinal superbug has been reported that is resistant to antibiotics. It is spread via fecal material.

More Monkey Stuff
Check out these videos. I told you that the monkeys will be a threat someday. First you begin to depend on them and then they decide they don't need you anymore.
RoboMonkey
The video below is both amazing and creepy. What do we do when the simian revolution begins? Monkeys and robots may someday become allies against the hegemony of Man.
Primates Rock!
I always believed that I had a bit of devil in me. That mischievous gleam that says, "let's mess with em". Here is proof positive that other primates share this trait as well.

Want to be in charge?
Have you ever lamented the idiotic ways our government spend your tax dollars? Well, here is your chance to see how you would do if you were in charge of the federal budget. Budget Hero is a fun little simulation of managing the budget. It allows you to pick general priorities and then choose how to and what to spend. It then analyzes your budget to see how long it takes for it to collapse. Check it out. I was able to keep the budget going past 2070+. Vote for me!

Check out this video and it will become apparent why we should all sign the petition to get him to stop making movies.

Working of Something
A character has been brewing in my brain for the last 15 years. He was first a D&D character who grew beyond that. His name is Buka Samovar. I have not written about him yet because I didn't want to try until I thought I was ready to do the character justice. One of the biggest stumbling blocks was that fact that being a D&D character, a lot of his backstory grew from material copyrighted by Wizards of the Coast. Well, I had a breakthrough. Buka the Halfling (Hobbit) rogue is now an Orang Pendek. I found the type of mythological trickster that I had been searching for. Now I just have to lets Buka's stories flow.
Downright Creepy!
Okay, I don't know who came up with the idea to use photoshop to swap the heads of kids and their fathers in pictures, but the results will haunt my dreams. Check out the manbabies here!

Stop Uwe Boll
The horrible director Uwe Boll recently quipped to a reporter that he would stop directing movies if a million people signed a petition to stop him. Ha! I guess he has never heard of the internet. Stride Gum is sponsoring an online campaign to gather the signatures. Click the link below to stop the horror that is Uwe Boll, director of such crapfests as Dungeon Siege and BloodRayne.

Iron Sky - Teaser
Below is a teaser trailer for a very interesting looking movie that is being produced under a Creative Commons License. It is my understanding that Cory Doctorow provided the seed money for the production.
Last Iron Man Post...Probably
I am going to try and make this the last Iron Man post. The jokes are getting stale. This one was from the Webcomic Extralife.

Wow, Iron Man brought in over $100 million. Excelsior! Well, Theater Hopper continues the saga of Tom and his unhealthy addiction to Iron Man.

China can manufacture anything...
including a bit of embarrassment. It appears that a company in the manufacturing powerhouse China has been producing flags for the Tibetan freedom movement. Doh!
